I wrote a thing about how I'm becoming a Björk fan, but I didn't like how it turned out, so I deleted that and wrote this in its place. But, yeah, Björk's pretty cool. Listen to her.
The week is still fairly young, so we'll have to see how this goes, but I'm getting the feeling this is going to be a bad writing week for me. Shame, since the blog challenge is will be over next week. Hopefully things turn around before we reach the end.
Also, there are sick people all over my apartment, and I'm not sure any two of them have the same thing. I'm not the type that gets sick often, so I wasn't too worried about this, but I've been sneezing endlessly today.
I haven't read over what I wrote above, but I have fixed some typos. I bet there are a bunch more.
When you have a bad writing day, the best thing to do is keep writing. Bad writing loves company. The company of more bad writing. IT's in abundance here/
I'm done.

Please feel free to write as bad a you like and savor your occasional illness.
I've been accused of being both very good and very bad at writing. When I try, I can put out some interesting, thought provoking, and well done articles. More often than not, I choose to write "just because". Either way I'm OK with it, as I write for me and no one else. Which works for me.
Regarding illnesses, I wish you the best. Myself, I've been ill far too many times in my life. Generally speaking, no one has ever really cared one way or another. I've been told flat out not to expect sympathy from the people I cared about most. Funny thing was, I didn't ever want sympathy. But I would have appreciated a little empathy or even some compassion. While I think some people want sympathy, I don't fall into that club. I've always been compassionate and caring. That's kind of my feel good pill.
Well J. Pen, I hope you overcome that sneezing thing and I wish you sick friends quick recoveries.
For us in your loyal fan base, please consider extending the blog writing. I challenge you to do it, contest or not.
Good day Sir.
No worries - the sneezing has passed. I don't what the state of the blog will be, but for now you can be assured of daily posts for close to week, then a hiatus, then, I don't know. Fear not, there will be something at some time. I just don't know what yet.
I love Bjork, but it's rare that I can take her for an entire album at a time. When I was listening to her a lot I was also listening to Cibo Matto all the time -- it's Sean Lennon and some Japanese folks.
Check 'em out: http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=cibo%20matto&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wv#
Actually, Bjork's been on my mind because I rented "The Works of Michel Gondry," who, of course, has directed many Bjork videos, but he also directed the excellent "Sugar Water" video for Cibo Matto, so I'm one step ahead of you, though I hadn't yet looked up any more of their songs, so maybe we're on the same step?
I still haven't jumped into a full Bjork album, but I can see how it might be a bit much. I have been watching and re-watching the Michel Gondry stuff, though, and it's beautiful and mind-blowing. Even his weaker videos are better than what most other directors manage at their strongest.
